Payment Modes:
Payment has to be made within 3 days after email confirmation from Under1Wroof. Under1Wroof accepts payment through DBS/POSB/UOB/CITIBANK bank transfer. Prices on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are non-negotiable. All orders made are non refundable and no cancellation will be entertained after payment is made.
Delivery Modes:
Under1Wroof will only arrange for deliveries within 3 days after the payment is received. For any 1 order above $35, any delivery fee will be waived off by Under1Wroof. For orders that do not meet the minimum required purchase will need a pay a delivery charge of $10. If you opt to use Singpost Postage Services then postage costs by Normal Mail will be advised upon confirming of order. Under1Wroof reserves to the right to choose to mail the items to you even if your purchase is above $35 as long as your items fits in an envelope.
Exchange Policy:
We will accept returns for merchandise purchased except for promotional merchandise, customized merchandise and merchandise that has been abused or soiled through customer's or user's neglect. To make a return, simply email us at under1wroof@hotmail.com and mail the item back to us. You may wish to check the item's availability at our website.Exchange should be made within 7 days of purchase. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange of merchandise.
